Cheeth V3 Proposal

The council proposes to migrate Cheeth from an infinite emission token to a one-time claim with a maximum supply. This would remove the requirement for staking your Genesis mice and opens up future use cases.

Advantages:

• It's easier for the Anonymice DAO and others to build liquidity with less risk of impermanent loss.
• A more stable price allows 3rd party projects to integrate Cheeth for minting, holding, burning and prize pools. Third parties can buy and create use cases however they see fit with more favorable tokenomics.
• We can use Cheeth rewards more effectively to incentivize building and collaborations.
• If there is an upward bias to Cheeth this will build our treasury treasury over time.
• No more staking. A simple one time claim rewards current and early holders of Anonymice.

100% fair launch: In true Anonymice fashion this claim will be a 100% fair launch distributed to Cheeth V2 holders, baby mice and genesis mice roughly in line with their market capitalizations.

The claim:

• There will be a max supply of 21M cheeth.
• Claim starts in early May (before Evolutions).
• The claim will be open ended with no deadline.

In aggregate the 21M cheeth will therefore be distributed as follows:

Use cases:

• New NFT mints from the main Anonymice collection will require Cheeth. It may be burned, sent to the DAO treasury or used in prize pools.
• Buying WL spots on WL marketplace.
• 3rd party integration for mints, holding, burning or prize pools.
• DAO treasury and incentives.
• Cheeth V3 will NOT be a governance token. Voting power on proposals brought to the DAO will reside with Anonymice Genesis and Anonymice Babies NFT holders. Currently each Anonymice genesis gets 1 vote and each Anonymice baby gets ⅓ vote,
