Anonymice Council

This is a proposal to establish the new council composition, in line with what we've been working on with @biko#9864 and the community in #🥑┃dao-discussion for the past few weeks (read more here: https://discord.com/channels/950965770630860800/959233301179166770/962417139493503086).

The Anonymice Council is tasked to formulate our DAOs vision and govern its execution including the treasury. Members meet multiple times per month and actively contribute to the Anonymice ecosystem.

The community representatives of the council are elected on quarterly terms, with the first term lasting 6 months to get things going.

As imminent next steps, the new council will provide transparency around the Anonymice DAO mission, values and governance/operational structure.

We've been speaking to a number of community members about participating and think that the following mice will be outstanding representatives of the Anonymice Council.
