MijaniDAO Contributors compensation

This proposal requests that 2% of the MijaniDAO treasury be used to compensate the contributors who build MijaniDAO into a fun side quest to keep us entertained during the bear market, and ultimately to a successful 7-figure acquisition.

These heroic contirbutors have never been paid before and have worked as volunteers on behalf of the DAO. While there was never any promise of compensation, there was perhaps a hope that there would be opportunities eventually as MijaniDAO evolves. Now that MijaniDAO is passing the torch to ApiologyDAO, there is an opportunity to thank them for their service.

To identify who the contributors were and how they should split any compensation, we gathered info about 3 types of work: Dework task completers (60%), where we organized tasks and then asked contributors to assess the impact of each of their peers Multisig signers (20%), where we swept floors and managed $mijani token distributions and then looked at how involved each signer was The deal team (20%), who negotiated the acquisition with ApiologyDAO and is still working hard on the deal execution & integration
