Accept HJ gen 3 (berapunk) deposits
tl;dr: Vote yes to accept deposits of gen3 HJs in exchange for 0.1810 $Mijani each.
The 3rd generation of HoneyJars are now minting and we should accept deposits to continue building complete sets for Mijani to enter the eventual JaniDao with.
These are priced differently from the previous generations, so we need to choose how many $Mijani tokens to offer depositors. We can consider using the mint price, denominated in ETH, as the ratio by which to determine this amount.
The current rate is 1.0769 $Mijani per gen1 or gen2 HJ, and those HJs are minting for 0.11 ETH each. That equates to 9.79 $Mijani per ETH.
Gen3 HJs are minting for 0.018484 ETH each. Multiple that by our ratio of 9.79 and we arrive at 0.1810 $Mijani per gen3 HJ.
