Enable HoneyComb Deposits

Background: This proposal will allow a two week period for users to deposit Honey Comb (HC). Deposited HC will be valued at 1.21 Mijani. After the two week period ends any deposited HC may not receive any Mijani.

Rationale: -Entry to The Honey Jar DAO requires each generation of HJs to be paired with HC at a 1:1 ratio. -Two week deposit period will simplify the Mijani tokenomics as value of HC expected to be very volatile around BeraChain Testnet and Mainnet launches.

Two week period will be announced in MijaniDao Discord and Twitter

Please note the results of this vote are not final. HC deposits may be enabled again by future governance proposals.
