Approve Proposed Seigniorage Threshold Change to when $MIC>1.01

Dear community,

Our original seigniorage threshold is when $MIC >$1.05. We had discussed and proposed to switch the seigniorage threshold to when $MIC > $1.01, as stated in our documentation.

We are ready to merge this improvement, and would like the community to vote on this, to approve the change.

Please let us know through a 24H $MIS holder vote, if you would like to adopt our proposed improvement where seigniorage threshold $MIC > $1.01, or maintain the original $MIC > $1.05 seigniorage threshold.

For: Adopt proposed improvement, where seigniorage occurs when 24H TWAP of $MIC > 1.01

Against: Maintain old version, where seigniorage occurs when 24H TWAP of $MIC > 1.05
