Proposal to Recover the XIN Tokens from the Joint Node

Between 2019 and 2020, the Fox.ONE team (now known as the Pando team), ExinPool, and the SS team collaboratively maintained a XIN node, referred to as the “joint node.” According to the agreement, the teams alternated in managing and maintaining the node, using a 3-of-3 multisig scheme for joint private key management.

However, on March 21, 2020, the SS team failed to adequately safeguard the joint node’s private key, resulting in the loss of 10,000 XIN tokens under the multisig, which led to a loss of user assets.

Following this incident, a discussion was initiated on the forum regarding the handling of the 10,000 XIN tokens. Based on the conclusions of that discussion, this vote is being launched to determine the appropriate course of action for the XIN tokens from the joint node.
