Whitelist Raffle Updates

Hey Malandros!

Following some community comments, I'd like to suggest some improvements to our WL raffle procedure and want your input on the matter.

The objective is to change our current approach, in which each Malandro counts as a ticket and owners with numerous pieces can win an undetermined number of times, to one that helps distribute these pieces to more unique wallets.

We're thinking of limiting the amount of Malandros that a wallet may win per event to ONE, regardless of how many Malandros it holds.

Wallets with more than one Malandro will still have a greater chance of winning a raffle piece, but setting this limit will prevent numerous pieces from being allocated to a single wallet, improving distribution among all holders.

We're also making mandatory for participants to be verified via collabland on our Discord server.

I realize how this impacts holders who own numerous pieces, therefore I decided that the most equitable approach to determine this is through actual governance, with your holdings acting as votes.

This proposal will be open until 7 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 18th.
