Proposal #2 WWW land acquisition

After final discussions about land acquisition in the metaverse, we have reached a general consensus of pulsing the community on investing in Worldwide Webb (WWW) land. The rationale behind this stems from the sprite integration that is in final stages and should give our community a head start in building out further features in the WWW metaverse.
