Staking Rewards Proposal

Section 1

Abstract:

Since early in the DAO formation, the core team has been developing a staking program as a way to incentivise members and token holders to support the MODA vision while the ecosystem is maturing. The project has experienced several delays, but is now ready for launch pending input from the MODA community. Improvement:

To ensure that the initial staking proposal delivers on the community needs, we seek input on the length of the program and the overall amount of tokens to be distributed:

500,000 MODA over 6 months 1,000,000 MODA over 12 months 250,000 MODA over 6 months Do not launch staking yet

Section 3

Impact:

A staking system will foster greater community participation, and the impact of this vote on the staking parameters will affect the future token supply, with likely impact on price volatility and volume over time.

Solution:

The contracts and UI are ready, the community should vote to select one of the following parameters:

Next Steps:

The immediate next step will be to seek input from token holders regarding the staking launch. Once obtained, we can proceed with the official launch of the staking system, promoting its benefits and the newly developed interface to our community.

Voting will be open for one week from July 28 to August 4th, and will go live on August 8th according to community support.
