Abstract: This proposal seeks support for a strategic shift for MODA DAO. From the initial vote to rebrand MODA DAO as MODA Protocol and launch a platform for web3 music builders, in favour of an entirely new brand and product launch;

DROPcmdk. Given the market clutter and the need for greater engagement and funding, this proposal offers an alternative path: launching the DROPcmdk protocol as a new project in partnership with drop.audio.

1. Launch of DROPcmdk: Introducing a new Web3 music protocol ready for commercialization with the integration of AI tooling, RWA asset backing and potential for a physical network of music storage and access devices.
