Introduction The Mojomix DAO is gathered to vote on the improvements proposed on the last monthly report, denominated Mojomix Improvement Proposal #6, or simply MOJOIP#6

CONTEXT Due to the recent change in market sentiment and the indicators that the market has probably bottomed at the end of 2022, we propose the following portfolio:

• Sell USDC and keep 10K to allow for redemptions only.
• Keep 50% exposed to ETH in a combination of WETH (for gas only), Lido stETH and native staking via Kiln (increments of 32 ETH)
• Keep 50% on a combination of up to 3 Uni V3 pools that earn yields while possibly outpacing ETH alone (higher volatility)
• Rebalance monthly to keep the 50%-50% split

Also, due to the substantial workload required to prepare monthly reports, it is proposed to reduce the frequency to quarterly calls. This will not affect the work performed on the portfolio.

The risks associated with the new strategy are:

• WETH/ALTS market price volatility (which affects pool AUM + rewards value)
• Smart contract risks related to Uniswap V3 (contract security audit here)
• Smart contract risk related to Enzyme protocol (contract security audits here)

Despite the strategy update, the long term objective of the vault strategy remains unchanged, which is to generate a performance higher than simply “holdling” BTC.

DEADLINE The deadline for submission of your vote is Tuesday Feb 28 2023, 23:59

HOW TO

1. Connect your metamask wallet to the snapshot space
2. Join the Mojomix DAO space
3. Select the desired answer
4. Validate by signing the transaction with your metamask (gas free)
5. Voting power is equivalent to the % of ENZF tokens held in your wallet relative to the overall token emission.

OUTCOME The outcome of this decision will be determined by the simple majority at the end of the given voting period. 51% is required in order for the proposal to get ratified.

IMPLEMENTATION If approved, the implementation of MOJOIP#6 will take place during the first week of March 2023
