MOJOIP#2

Simplify the portfolio to minimize the gas fees passed on to the DAO

CONTEXT

Due to the high ethereum gas fees, a first improvement proposal has been submitted. Please find the reference to MOJOIP#1 here: https://snapshot.org/#/mojomix.eth/proposal/0x95279f37445c8b8fc35f0f7eba6164a41b0d3cdd907b7e7deb87eaeb78807b0f). The natural consequence of MOJOIP#1 is MOJOIP#2, which is submitted with the aim of reducing the gas burden that is passed on to the whole DAO. The only way to cut gas fees is to simplify the portfolio to a basic allocation of 5 positions. Note that the goal of this proposal is not to determine the exact new portfolio, but rather the idea of a simplified allocation. The official new portfolio will be presented in the January 2022 monthly report (first week of Feb 2022).

HOW TO

Connect your metamask wallet to the snapshot dapp Join the Mojomix DAO space Scroll to the end of the proposal and click on the answer Approve your vote by signing the transaction with your metamask (free of charge)

OUTCOME

The outcome of this decision will be determined by the simple majority at the end of the given voting period. No 51% is required in order to get ratified.

IMPLEMENTATION

If approved, the implementation of MOJOIP#2 will take place after the implementation of MOJOIP#1 (for reference see: https://snapshot.org/#/mojomix.eth/proposal/0x95279f37445c8b8fc35f0f7eba6164a41b0d3cdd907b7e7deb87eaeb78807b0f)
