Liquidate MonstersDAO

Over the past 6 months MonstersDAO has had 2x returns. The interest among the group seems low to continue going on, so this proposal is to

• Liquidate all assets for Monsters DAO over the next 30 days (at the discretion of Serpin Taxt who will lead the liquidation)
• Pay out each member based on how much we liquidate, per share.
• After 30 days, we will pay out liquidation for whatever we've reclaimed, and continue to liquidate anything we don't. We'll then do a payout every 30 days until the assets are sold

We will attempt to time the market appropriately, but some of our pieces may take longer than others to sell. We will need some advertising from each member to get things moving.
