MSIP-2 Voting for Stabilization Fund Allocation
We would like to know the community opinion about the new allocation percentile of the Stabilization Fund.
Purpose: Increase Boardroom reward to attract more investor and boost MSS value.

- Only MSS staked inside the boardroom have the voting power. Other free floating MSS can not vote.
- The new allocation percentile of the SF will be apply at epoch 80.
