-MooDeng DAO proposes using 0.5984 ETH from the multisig wallet moodengdao.eth (raised from the Moodeng ETH's 1st Birthday NFT mint) to organize the Mid-Autumn Festival + happy birthday to children with cancer in october 2025, scheduled to be held on October 10, 2025.

-This is the second proposal by the core team, aligning with MooDeng CTO’s spirit and Vitalik Buterin’s vision. All hodlers can vote for help build MooDeng CTO!
