Moonlings to use POW to mint MetaHero gear pods during POWer-Up Summer!

The time has come for a ⚡ lightning round vote! ⚡

Summary This proposal is to approve the use of a max of 200,000 POW to mint 50 Pods. We will mint as many as we can with the planets we currently own on June 17th, per Pixel Vault's latest announcement: https://twitter.com/MetaHero_/status/1537163615605760001?s=20&t=MPjnLDu0atDuf_W_RCQ8rQ. The remaining POW will be held for future rounds of Pod mints. More proposals regarding planets to come.
