As I don't know entiryly what change might be possible here, and what might not be positive. This should more be seen as a number of ideas/proposals rather than a vote.
Idea 1: Taxing buying lower than selling. Taxing txs for the benefit of hodlers is a great idea and SMRAT has done it in a great way. But should buyers and sellers be taxed equally? What if buyers were only taxed 5% but sellers were taxed 15%? This could collect the same amounts of tax, while much more clearly encouraging positive price movement. The end result might be the same for somenone doing an entry and exit, but for those only making an entry and using it to claim rewards this difference is significant.
Idea 2: Changing the way the liquidity tax works. 4% of the tax is reserved for liquidity and it is 50/50 BNB/SMRAT. But what if it was used a bit different than now? What if all of that taxed SMRAT was burnt, while the BNB was used to back the liquidity. That would mean A. Much more SMRAT is burned and B. The effect of the tax becomes more like a buy than "add to liquidity". It'd be all gain and no lose for anyone.
I have no idea whether these ideas are possible to implement, but even if they're not perhaps something else can be done that uses the taxes to more purposely push price up.
