Should we have progressive reward in order to support small investors?
The meaning of "progressive BNB reward" is the following: instead of the current fair share reward where everyone gets his fair share of the reward pool, with progressive reward the percentage of the pool that you get as a reward is higher than your fair share if you're a small holder, and lower of your fair share if you're a big holder.
Imagine the reward percentage as a logaritmic-growing curve instead of a linear one (it's not necessarily the case, but it's useful to get the idea). This would help little holders and probably would be a step in the antiwhale system.
