Should another pool be created in purpose of buying back $SMRAT ? (READ CAREFULLY)

there are many ways to use BNB pool , (perhaps on this contract it cannot be done ) but i know a new version is being under construction for the future however we could use the BNB reward pool when not claimed (let's say once a week or a month) and add the BNB not claimed to another pool which could be used to buy back $SMRAT during difficult time those buybacks could be submitted to vote of the community either being used for giveaways or burning so for example : it is my collectible day and i missed it (it is only my responsibility to check this) instead of giving to other this should go to another pool that could be use by the team for the benefit of the coin so for example 1 BNB not collected could go to that "unclaimed pool" or "team pool" then the team buyback smrat during dip trend . then the community decide if the buy back should be burnt or used as giveaway .
