Remove maximum limit buy per transaction

We need to remove max limit per transaction because only small investors will buy and cant move the price too much and then most of them disappointed and cut loss their investments. Even you guys said didn't need "stupid whales", whale is probably the most important for price movements. When everybody disappointed and abandon this project, new investors won't come because they see bad graph and all the regulations. Everybody wants profit.
