MIP-82- Increase MORPHO Reward Rate on Base
This is a proposal to increase the MORPHO rewards rate on Base by 30% by raising the S_lim from $60M to $78M. This is part of a series of proposals to scale MORPHO rewards on Base as the Base instance of the protocol grows.
