MORSE Token Progressive Burn Proposal

Executive Summary

We propose implementing a strategic token burn schedule to enhance MORSE token value and utility through a controlled reduction in supply.

The burn will follow a progressive schedule over 150 days (regardless of when TGE is, the burn will last for 150 days), ultimately removing 2,223 MORSE tokens (22.23% of total supply) from circulation.

Note: The burn only affects the fungible token supply, while preserving the unique NFT components.

Background & Rationale

As the Mitosis ecosystem continues to grow, we believe a well-structured token burn will benefit all MORSE holders by:

• Day 120: ~1,423 tokens burned (64% of total burn)
• Day 150: 2,223 tokens burned (100% of total burn)
