Background & Rationale

There have been consistent Sell orders (Swap MORSE for ETH) through the Morse liquidity pool on Uniswap. These transactions are notably aligned with the exact amounts of MORSE distributed to participants who complete one of the Week 1 Morse Galxe campaign quests; "Week 1 Task List - Nucleus". The Week 1 Galxe campaign lacked proper Sybil resistance measures as it only verified social accounts and counted 10+ transactions on the Ethereum mainnet. The below breakdown is a summary of the OATs claimed through the 10-week-long initial Galxe campaign for Morse:

• Week 1: ~28,500
• Week 2: ~4,500
• Week 3: ~3,700
• Week 4: ~3,650 ...
• Week 10: ~5,050
