Proposal to have an official collaboration between Morse & Nuttards 🥜

I hereby present the terms put forth by the Nuttards team for the Morse community to vote on

This proposal is a result of several rounds of discussion between myself & the founder of Nuttards

Disclaimer: I am currently one of the Pioneers in Nuttards (Similar to OG)

FYI: The Nuttards founder, @TheOneHalios (Discord Username: @halios.), is also a Morse NFT Holder & he is in Mitosis discord

Part 1: What is Nuttards? A Background

Nuttards is a community focused on building itself from the ground up.

What most collections do is they raise an amount without establishing trust or planning a concrete business model.

The focus in our community is to do what should a community truly do; curate community vibes.

By being laser-focused on empowering each every single individual in the community, we seek to grow the collective thus through each individual's growrth massive upside is achieved for the entirety of those indivdiuals that being nuttards.

With a long history of having built and curated the community for around 8-9 months and being a free mint, we have established decent trust amongst our users.

Our inception was on Movement and that was where we were going to mint however despite set backs and many layers of trust being broken by some people in the team and constant community demands to uphold a vote to move out the chain, we inquired the community for the next steps, the vote had a wide majority leaning towards moving to Hyperliquid.

What's our course of action now?

We are aiming to do our free mint on Hyperliquid and continuing to robuslty curate our community like we always have.

Part 2: The Proposal:

Our proposal for Morse is as follows:

Offer by the Nuttards Team:

A total of 30 GTD spots will be reserved for the Morse community

Allocating 28 spots to be raffled amongst the Morse community by assigning Morse holders a role in the Nuttards server and conducting the raffle for the role holders

Those who participated in the raffle but fail to win the GTD spot will be given FCFS instead

Allocating 2 GTD spots for a Nuttards x Morse Art contest

This contest will be conducted within the Mitosis Discord Server - A special thread will be set up which is only accessible by Morse holders to participate

In return from the Morse community, the Nuttards team request a total of 3 $MORSE tokens (worth about $1,020 @ $340 per $MORSE at the time of this proposal)

The received $MORSE will be allocate to the Nuttards treasury for up keep and WILL NOT BE SOLD.

The received $MORSE will either be passively held or used in DeFi strategies such as LP-ing etc

The purpose is to build the treasury & accumulate assets since the entire collection is a Free Mint

Besides that, the Nuttards team request 3 official tweets from the official Morse account on X

1 for the Announcement of official Collaboration upon successful voting on the Snapshot.box
1 for the Announcement of the Art Contest & art display of the subsequent winner
1 for the Announcement of the Raffle for Morse Holders on Nuttards Discord Server
