Should the failed attempt of the MountainDAO refund ALL remaining eth to participants and start over towards whatever goals the centralized powers in the custody of the funds pledged?

The last proposal was not followed, there has been no additional proposals submitted to formulate the structure of this collective.

A Yes vote means that ALL funds should be refunded in no more than 7 days from the close of this proposal.

A No vote means those in control can continue working on this potential structure in their free time without a devoted level of participation.
