NO.2 MSG营销基金使用修正提案 自2022年3月26日新白皮书中约定了营销基金70%用于回购销毁,MSG团队遵守承诺履行了销毁约定。后经过社区广泛讨论认为,营销基金70%销毁降低了MSG市场宣传能力;而MSG本身有2%的销毁,假定使用营销基金70%进行营销活动,在扩大成交的同时,也能提升销毁速度。
因此,为了提高MSG活力,现提议对白皮书两处内容做修正:
修正A
将MSG代币经济学中,税收第二条“税的2%将发送到营销钱包地址,每月18号我们将使用其中资金的70%购买 MSG 并销毁,30%将用于推广 MSG代币。” 修改为“税的2%将发送到营销钱包地址,仅用于回购销毁或市场营销,MSG团队根据市场形式和牛熊周期来决策执行细节。”
修正B
将MSG代币经济学中,代币消耗第一条“广告收入购买MSG并销毁”,修改为“广告收入扣除APP运营成本后按如下比例回购销毁”
同时MSG也将在提案通过后,公布新的产品模块(多个)、和新的MSG代币刺激策略。
Treasury Rules Proposal
Since March 26, 2022, MSG released new whitepaper containing 70% of Marketing tax will be used to buyback MSG and burn, MSG team followed and implemented this rule.
But via discussion with community, we believe that this rule decreased our marketing capability, and MSG has another 2% tax used for buyback and burn, if marketing tax can be used for marketing, it increases volume and meanwhile makes buyback and burn faster.
Therefore we propose to amend the corresponding content in whitepaper as follows:
A. Article 2, Tax of MSG Tokenomics, “2% will be sent to Marketing wallet, we will use 70% of the fund in Marketing Address to buy MSG and burn every month, 30% will be used to promoting MSG token.” Will be changed to “2% will be sent to Marketing wallet, which will be used in marketing activities or buy MSG to burn.”
B. Article1, Consumptions of MSG Tokenomics, “ADs income to buy MSG Token and burn” will be changed to “Ads net income to buy MSG Token and burn”
