MDP20.3 - Transition period alteration to the reduction of MTA/WETH Earn rewards - Motion

MDP-20.2 proposes a transition period of 4 weeks during which the rewards from the Uniswap MTA/WETH Earn pool will be gradually wound down to the voted on MTA emission of 5,000 MTA.

After receiving extensive community feedback for MDP-20.2 in this forum post, it has come to the attention of the mStableDAO that the timeframe for winding down the rewards for this pool is considered as too short and drastic, and this motion seeks to find consensus if a public vote should be put in place to vote on a different timeframe than the originally proposed duration of 4 weeks.

Should this motion be ratified, it will be taken to Meta governors for a public vote, along with a forum post that covers MDP20.3.
