mStable GrantsDAO Initial Funding - Motion

As described in this forum post, the newly formed mStable GrantsDAO entity is seeking initial funding to bootstrap their operations and kickstart the recruitment process from the community.

They are seeking a total of 20,000 mUSD to cover operational costs, such as website, domain, emails, and required workspaces for one year, and an additional 50,000 MTA for incentives to cover time and effort for the grants committee members to establish required processes, attract and source grant applications, and provide content marketing support, amongst other things.

If approved in a public snapshot vote, funds will be disbursed to their Gnosis Safe address: 0x5Ed2a924cD735D725fCCa11180f7b682e614e70a
