MIP 30 - mStable Governance Path Resolution

It is proposed to decide on the outcome of how mStable should move forward, a topic that was initially kicked off in MIP 29. The different options are thus put to a ranked choice vote here in anticipation of finding consensus on which path is the one Meta Governors prefer.

A detailed and in-depth breakdown of each offered voting option, together with important metrics for the decision-making process can be found in each of the respective MIPs to retain a concise Snapshot space. Meta Governors are therefore highly encouraged to digest the all of the MIPs outlined in the proposal in their entirety prior to casting a vote here.
