TDP 53: Funding Request - mStable Ecosystem subDAO (Jan-Apr 2023)

It is proposed to request 4 months of operational funding from January until April 2023 for the mStable Ecosystem subDAO, as defined in TDP 46.

A detailed and in-depth breakdown of budget, proposed signer structure, deliverables, KPIs, and other important metrics for this funding request can be found in TDP 53 to retain a concise Snapshot space. Meta Governors are therefore highly encouraged to digest the entire TDP prior to casting a vote here.
