TDP 52: Funding Request - mStable Builder subDAO (Jan-Apr 2023)

It is proposed to request 4 months of operational funding from January until April 2023 for the mStable Builder subDAO, as defined in TDP 44.

A detailed and in-depth breakdown of the budget, proposed signer structure, deliverables, KPIs, and other important metrics for this funding request can be found in TDP 52 to retain a concise Snapshot space. Meta Governors are therefore highly encouraged to digest the entire TDP prior to casting a vote here.
