MIP 31 - Product Sunset Approach

It is important to note that this proposal is not indented to propose or discuss whether to sunset the products or not but rather set of clear guides and requirements specified in this proposal to follow.

A detailed and in-depth breakdown of proposed adjustment with timelines, workloads, and other important metrics for this funding request can be found in MIP 31 to retain a concise Snapshot space. Meta Governors are therefore highly encouraged to digest the entire MIP prior to casting a vote here.
