PDP 23: Deposit mUSD from Feeder Pools into the Iron Bank

This forum post and MIP 11 specifies to deposit mUSD from the Feeder Pools into the Iron Bank in order to increase the utilization and APY of Feeder Pools.
The Iron Bank is a unique lending protocol developed by C.R.E.A.M. Finance that allows protocol-to-protocol lending. Once implemented, the mUSD could be further utilized by other protocols.
Should the integration be implemented and the mUSD from the Feeder Pools deposited into the Iron Bank?
