PDP 29: Staking V2

This forum post and MIP 15 detailed the newly proposed staking mechanism.

Core concepts are the following:

• Tokens for staking: MTA and 80/20 MTA/ETH BPT
• Vote delegation
• Gamified governance with quest multipliers
• Time multipliers for staking duration
• Scaled voting and earning power
• Cooldown for unstaking of 3 Weeks
• Withdrawal window after cooldown of 2 Weeks

This proposal seeks to improve the staking and community experience and increase value for stakers in the long term, fostering a dedicated community around mStable on the way to increased decentralisation with increased participation that is rewarded. Furthermore, this proposal opens up the possibility to integrate a gauges system for reward distribution that is planned for an upcoming release.

Should we upgrade to Staking V2 with the suggested parameters as outlined in the proposal?
