mStable Community Gather.Town Space

Project Description: A personalized Gather.Town space for mStable community’s onboarding sessions, regular meetings, co-working, events, and socializing that can help the organisation achieve a better quality of habits and connections between its members. We believe that adding a Gather.Town space to the DAO’s and remote teams’ tooling will result in a higher capitalization rate on talent trying to enter the ecosystems, as well as a higher retention rate for existing contributors.

Desired Impact: Most DAOs and organisations currently use Discord and forums for community and collaboration. We believe that being locked into a text-only based platform does not lead to the collaboration and community that people deserve and need. Teams that will put a focus on innovating in this space will, over time, attract and maintain more and better contributors than the DAOs and organisations that stick with text-only. We believe that Gather.town, for now, is the best platform to use for better human-to-human interaction in decentralized, global, teams.
