What amount should we start withoordinape?

We've voted to move forward with using Coordinape as part of our compensation model. We now need to established how much of the compensation should be allocated to both Base and Coordinape. mStable is still waiting to be onboarded to Coordinape so this vote will be for first month that Coordinape is available. Until then all funds will be distributed as part of the base.
