Attendance Requirements & Term Lengths

Attendance Requirements After operating for some time we’ve come to the realization that consensus is achieved primarily through Signer meetings and then ratified with Snapshot. Because of this we feel it necessary to formalize attendance requirements for Signers. In the case where a Signer is not able to fulfill the attendance requirements they may be removed with a 5 of 8 consensus.

Evaluation Period: Three Months

Requirements: Attend a minimum of 2 Grant Evaluation meetings per quarter If not able to attend, written comments must be provided within 24 hours

Term Length In addition, we’ve deemed it necessary to establish term lengths of 6 months. Establishing term lengths provides an opportunity add or remove Signers in a regular and consistent manner.
