Project Description: Build a fiat compliant application with a bridge to mStable Save on Polygon (L1 later on). Application will integrate an Ethereum wallet (Torus), a stablecoin on/off ramp directly connected to the ACH payment network in the US (Plaid + Wyre, SEPA support for EU by EOY), and abstract away on-chain transactions and fees for users.

Funding Objective: Cover 50% of onboarding costs for the first 10,000 users. Onboarding cost per user is approximately $2.5 + 0.4% of deposit amount (Plaid + Wyre). Assuming a conservative 1/9/90% distribution of deposits with $10,000/1,000/100 deposit values, the total onboarding cost for 10,000 users is $36,200.

Funding Schedule: $10,000 USD immediately $8000 USD after first 5,000 users are onboarded
