Lobbyist: ve2cash

Project Description: This proposal details a platform to allow veCRV holders to sell their gauge votes to projects wishing to boost CRV rewards for their pool. The platform will be permissionless and allow other projects to offer token incentives in return for veCRV votes on their gauge. mStable would charge a ~1% fee for using the platform. Fees can be used in the gauge for the mUSD pool or returned as revenue to MTA stakers.

Development Stages: Stage 0: Research the mechanism & prototype the prototype Stage 1: Prototype PoC Stage 2: Executing the test case Stage 3: White label, gamification, and onboarding of other projects

Funding Objective: Cover the cost of development of Lobbyist: ve2cash platform.

Funding Schedule: $800 USD/per day after each stage, maximum of $20,000 USD total.
