MCCP4 Ratification

It is proposed to begin the public discussion around MCCP4 in the mStable forum. This MCCP focuses on an overhaul of the current MTA token incentive mechanisms that make up EARN and staking rewards, to make them complimentary to the new mUSD and feeder basket structure currently being proposed by the Genesis team.

Once ratified, this post will be shared on the forum, with the mStableDAO executing the outcome of any votes that arise on the public snapshot page. This is subject to the post getting enough traction and support for the mStableDAO to ratify it.
