This motion is in regards to signer rotation for the ProtocolDAO:
It is proposed that the ProtocolDAO removes the signer with the address
0x1799f4D806270b771c183bE3d4Ae991e7c47B9f4
and nominate circlo with the address
0x9e0CD3aC304a458F9c7B3D45172CdB62700f595B
as a signer for the ProtocolDAO.
Should we nominate circlo and propose this rotation?
