As mStable is going to deploy onto the Polygon/Matic layer 2 chain, the mStable ProtocolDAO will need to have an entity in that ecosystem to manage and execute upgrades to code deployed there.

An entity with a 3/5 signer structure has already been deployed on Matic mainnet here, however it can be upgraded to factor for the outcome of this proposal. Whatever outcome is decided on it is critical that DAO signers ratify the signer structure.

What signer structure should be implemented for the mStable ProtocolDAO on Matic Mainnet?
