[FV-004] Allocation of $ARB

Allocation of Arbitrum's DAO Airdrop Background

901,392 $ARB tokens have just been airdropped to our multi-sig address on Arbitrum. We now need to decide how to allocate these tokens. Based on TC and suggestions from our community, we have made some changes to the previous proposal. Due to special conditions, 27,950 $ARB tokens have already been distributed as part of the Incentives for Providing Liquidity program prior to receiving the $ARB airdrop. This amount will be deducted from the Incentives for Providing Liquidity section in different options.

Proposal

The allocation will be divided into three parts:

1. Incentives for Increasing Liquidity: This part will incentivize users who participate in liquidity mining, thereby increasing liquidity and allowing us to provide better cross-chain services on Arbitrum.
2. Incentives for Multichain Cross-Chain Bridge Users: A portion of $ARB will be rewarded to loyal users of Multichain's cross-chain bridge.
3. Incentives for Engaging in MultiDAO Governance: This portion will reward those who frequently participate in the governance process, including contributors, as an OP fee, etc.

MultiDAO Engagement Incentive Breakdown: Governance (5%) Participate in voting (4%, calculated by the number of times you vote) Participate in the forum to discuss proposals (1%, calculated by the number of proposals you participate in discussions for)

Contributor (2%) Complete Dework tasks with high quality (1%) Be active and positive in the community (0.5%) Actively interact with MultiDAO's social media (0.5%)

Reserve 3% $ARB for future incentives for those who participate in governance meetings and discussions, and make significant contributions to MultiDAO.

The snapshot time for the MultiDAO engagement is April 24th.
