Summary: This proposal suggests creating the anyCall Developer Grant (ADG) to increase the adoption of anyCall and expand its usage scenarios as a major infrastructure in the web3 world.
Background and Motivation: anyCall is a permissionless generic cross-chain message protocol allowing cross-chain messages and contracts from one chain to another. Some tier-one DeFi projects have already incorporated anyCall for cross-chain governance, such as Curve. However, to stay ahead of competitors, we need to expand anyCall's usage scenarios and partners in Bear and occupy the top spot in cross-chain messaging technology.
Grant candidate criteria: The grant size ranges from 1,000 to 20,000 USD and is divided into three tiers:
Seed: Grants of 1,000 to 5,000 USD are available for innovative ideas about anyCall, provided with a complete implementable process. Incubation: Projects with a complete product, a solid full-time team, and a business model that fits anyCall's application scenarios qualify for funding in the range of 5,000 to 10,000 USD. Accelerator: Projects that are already well-known, have a stable user base and cash flow, and expect to expand the multi-chain ecology in combination with anyCall are eligible for technical support in addition to 10,000 to 20,000 USD funding. Grant candidate criteria include the business scale of the project, the team background, the roadmap (the grant is distributed in several phases), and open-source code.
(Disclaimer: All grants are subject to approval by the Multichain Foundation and MultiDAO every three months.)
Proposal: The MultiDAO treasury will provide funding to create the anyCall Developer Grant (ADG), which will support projects and developers using anyCall.
