[TC-006] Compensation for 5 Front Line Staff

Background

During the most challenging times, five of our dedicated support staff members (David, Sylvia, Diamond, Amin, and PTB) have been diligently assisting users by addressing their queries in both the main chat and through tickets. Despite the majority of the team being absent, they have continued to provide support without receiving any compensation since the end of May. Considering their regular modest salaries and the current hardships they are facing, it is crucial that we acknowledge their unwavering commitment.

Fortunately, MultiDAO has received some ARB tokens from an airdrop, which presents an opportunity to address this situation. This proposal aims to use these tokens to compensate the five front-line support staff for their two months of outstanding payment, bringing them up to date until the end of July.

Proposal:

Upon the approval of this proposal, we suggest paying the support staff in $ARB tokens, amounting to 11654 USDC based on the latest exchange rate at the time of payment.
