Invest in Ink Finks (Attempt 2)

We have an exciting opportunity upcoming for the DAO. We have been given an early chance to invest in an upcoming collection that will literally knock your socks off. The project is backed by some of the top names in the NFT space, and I’ve been consulting directly with the founders since they initially had the idea for the project. In return for investing, the DAO will receive one of the first OG InkFinks, which will likely be worth several ETH very quickly. In addition, we will receive 20 WL spots for the DAO’s most active members. The proposed investment is $7,500. Some info about the project from the founding team: What is InkFinks? InkFinks is a collection of 8,888 NFTs which will act as the first chapter of a larger narrative, continuously unravelling through future multimedia projects. Inspired by traditional animation and pop culture, each piece features hand-drawn traits and water-colour motion backgrounds painted by emerging artist, Mr. Bear.

The Incredible World of InkFinks is a zany multimedia universe, overseen personally by its creators, Mr. Bear & The Toon Tycoon. Our past, present, and future will all be revealed through various mediums of storytelling. This means the story unravels through animations, comics, physical art, written narrative, audio formats, and more!

Investing in the project early will bring an incredible upside to the DAO, while also bringing the privilege of early access to the DAO’s most active members. If this proposal receives a yes vote, the equivalent of 2.75 ETH will be transferred from the Gnosis safe to the InkFinks project. Going forward we will host several promotional events for the team, and the DAO operating team will be available to InkFinks as a consulting resource. This proposal is important, as it will achieve our first item from the Q2 roadmap - the DAO’s first large investment in the founding stages of a project. We earmarked 5-10 ETH for this investment, and are on schedule to make another, larger investment in March.
