Remove Adam/Imagine from the multi sig to help the DAO decentralize a bit and move total control from the founders to the community.

We propose to add TB303 to the multi sig instead of Adam, TB has been in the community since 2020 and is a trusted member and holder of MUSE, he has agreed to take the role of a signer.

If this proposal passes we will also send TB 0.5 ETH to cover any gas costs required for signatures in the immediate future.
