DAO vote of confidence.

First of all we’re incredibly grateful for all the support, patience, and trust you’ve shown over the past few years. It has been an incredible journey so far and we are very proud of how much we have been able to reward our active holders.

As we enter this next chapter, we want to reaffirm our continued commitment to the DAO’s three foundational pillars:

1. Responsible Treasury Management – maintaining transparency and prudence in managing our community’s resources.
2. Pursuing an IP Deal – actively exploring and securing strategic opportunities to expand the Mutant Cats brand via our IP partnerships.
3. Community Engagement – keeping our community active and involved at every step.

With this in mind, we’re proposing a critical upcoming Vote of Confidence. The vote will determine whether the current volunteer team remains in place for another 18-month term. • ✅ If the vote passes, the current team will continue in their roles on a purely voluntary basis, supporting the DAO and all ongoing initiatives. • ❌ If the vote does not pass, we’ll organize an open community discussion to evaluate alternative paths forward, followed by another vote to choose our next steps together.
