Should the DAO sell the listed assets?

After several days of discussions and a lot of feedback we are finally ready to launch the vote.

We are proposing to sell the below listed assets at market value. If the initiative passes the proceeds of the sales will be handled based on the outcome of the secondary voting criteria. (Either split between the treasury and active holders, or sent to the treasury in full)

Additionally, there would be 3 options being:

1. Yes, Sell and distribute 50% to holders.
2. Yes, Sell the listed assets and retain 100% of the proceeds within the Vault.
3. No, Opt not to sell any of the assets.
